Be for Balance: 9 Steps to Overcome Adversity During The Shift
1. Gratitude!
Moments of gratitude all through the day will elevate your vibration, so you can be a magnet for wonderful things coming into your life.
2. Embrace change
Embrace change, so you can embrace life pulsating with countless opportunities that are waiting to appear for you.
3. Take inventory
Go to nature, if you can, and connect with your Higher Self.
What do you see as valuable in your life? What are you passionate about? What is your driving force that keeps you lit up and going forward even in grey times?
Detox. You will need courage and determination for the inner work that comes with the process. Amazing energy healing modalities are available to aid you on your journey.
4. Discipline yourself gently
Experience the power of decision making. It may start with something simple, like making your bed in the morning.
Your to-do list has probably changed, as we have been forced to slow down (in some cases stop) and reprioritize.
The powerful shift that has happened on a collective level threw us off our hamster wheels. Now we are catching up individually.
The disintegrating OLD and the sprouting NEW are existing simultaneously at the moment and it is demanding on our bodies physically, mentally, emotionally.

5. Focus-breathe-feel
Be in the moment: not regretting the past, not worrying about the future.
Observe, but do not identify with.
Creative activities, interacting with children, enjoying nature can get you out of a rut, put you right in the flow and nudge you to JUST BE. Nothing more. Nothing less.
What is your spiritual practice when no one is watching?
Cultivate your chi: get centered, self-reflect, meditate, connect with Universal Wisdom every day.
Do things that nurture your body, mind, soul.
Concentrate on what you want to achieve, visualize in detail, with feeling. Magically, holding a mudra, saying a mantra will amplify your intention even more.

6. Try something new
Surprise yourself. Continue with learning the language that you left off in high school, try yourself in a field that has been a challenge until now, enroll in the course that can bring you closer to your dream job (or I should say to your vocation). Awaken your dormant talents and use them!
Feel how exciting it is. The time has come to manifest your dreams, to build your future in the now based on your passion, your calling.
Set your goals, short and long term and start to move towards them one step at a time.
Catch the self-saboteur lurking inside, that keeps you from reaching those goals.
Exercise your spontaneity muscle and do not let yourself go into autopilot mode!
There is magical power in taking the first step: it is an invocation of Higher Universal Forces to support you on your path to success.
7. All in perspective
A mistake is not a mistake if you learn from it, but an experience, an asset that can help you make a different choice next time.
Remind yourself of your accomplishments at the end of each day. (Yes, it includes making your bed in the morning.)
Give thanks for the strength, perseverance, intelligence and right circumstances, so you could complete them.
Remember to enjoy the ride!
Notice WHO comes into your life, WHAT they are teaching you, WHY you are at a certain place at a given moment.
8. Keep connected to your community
Find like-minded people, your tribe, your soul family, so you can encourage and motivate one another, even when the going gets tough.
9. Be the Dreamer but also the Doer.
Be the Doer who dares to dream.
